Hotel Receptionist Required for Immediate Start

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our front-line team.  Some experience in the hotel industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.  Hours of work will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the two shifts available are 7am-2.30pm or 2pm to Close.

 

Responsibilities include:

·         Meet and greet guests and provide a warm & friendly Tutukaka welcome

·         Answer guest enquiries via phone, email and in person

·         Operating the hotel’s switchboard and transferring calls

·         Maintaining guest satisfaction

·         General Administrative tasks
